About Us Quality Sprinkling Systems Services, Inc. was started in 1992 in Avon Lake, Ohio. When Quality started, the company focused on becoming one of the best local irrigation companies in Cleveland. This took an enormous committment by ownership and staff, to educate themselves of the highest irrigation standards in the industry. Nearly fifteen years later, Quality Sprinkling Systems still honors that committment to both themselves and their customers. Education, quality installation, and superior customer service has allowed Quality to flourish in Northeast Ohio.


John Newlin, Owner
CIC, CLC, CLIA, EPA Water Sense Partner

Eighteen years in the Irrigation Contracting Business. IA member, Chairman of the Contractor Common Interest Group, Ambassador and Chairman of the Service Tech task force group. Trainer for the JR Huston Bidding and Estimating Software. Secretary of the Ohio Irrigation Association.



Bryant Levis, Lawn Health Manager

Holds a degrees in Turf Grass Management from The Ohio State University ATI and a Accounting degree from The University of Akron. Bryant has over 15 years of experience maintaining fine turf in Northeast Ohio, 12 of those at area golf courses.

His experience includes Superintendent positions at Spring Valley Country Club and Thunderbird Hills South Course. His knowledge of local turfgrass needs and problems make him a valuable asset to our team.


Brian Lance, Irrigation Manager
CIC, CLC, EPA Water Sense Partner

Irrigation Manager Brian has been with Quality since 1998. His expertise in all areas of irrigation practices make him second to none in North East Ohio. Brian has experience with large commercial properties as well as residential systems. He holds certifications as a Irrigation Contractor and a Certified Landscape Technician of Irrigation.



Jean, Office Manager

Jean is the smiling voice on the other end of the phone when calling our office. She has been with us for three years. Her skills at organizing the day to day activity of Quality Services keeps things running smooth.
